ASTM D-113 / AASHTO T-51
For determining ductility of formed asphalt/cement or
semi solid bitument by measuring distance of elongation
before breaking point when two end of briquet are pulled
a part at a specific speed and temperature. Electric 220
V-AC, stainless steel bath, provided with temperature
control; pulling speed 5 cm/min; travel range 150 cm.
Supplied complete with mold.
ASTM D-2172 / AASHTO T-164

ASTM D-1559 / AASHTO T-245
For determining the resistance to plastic flow of cylinder
specimen of bituminous paving mixture loaded on the
lateral surface by means of the marshall apparatus.
ASTM D-1559, D-5581 and AASHTO T-245
This equipment is intended to meet the standard of the
Marshall test, which is the method covers the measurement
of resistance to plastic flow of cylindrical speciment of
bituminous paving mixture loaded on the lateral surface by
means of the Marshall apparatus.
This test method is for use with mixtures containing
asphalts cement and aggregate up to 11/2 in.
(37.5 mm) nominal maximum size.
For cutting core samples from asphalt, concrete and
other material on the road, run ways and structures.
Cast alumunium frame, vertical drilling position, gasoline
engine type 5-7 Hp; 4 cycle. Supplied with diamond core
bit 4" dia, sample tong, breaking strip spanner.
Suitable for use with the compact core drilling
machine, this range of core bits comprise a thin-wall
tube 450 mm long with a series of cutting segments
formed from diamond abrasieve set in specilly
formulated hard matrix.
The solid back end includes a threaded fitting to
connect to the waterswivel assembly of the core drill.
Percentage Refusal Density (PRD) is defined as the
ratio of the initial dried bulk density of the sample to
the final density (refusal density) expressed as a
percentage. The sample bulk density is determines
by weighing in air and water. It is then heated in a
split mould and compacted to refusal using a vibrating
hammer. The final compacted density is obtained by
weighing in air and water.
Fixed Beam, Alumunium profile frame, 3 points adjuster,
with vibrator and dial holder.
